摘　　要：目的探讨PACS/RIS-HIS-PEIS系统在高校放射科体检中高峰时期的应用价值。方法在某高校放射科体检中,对PACS/RIS-HIS-PEIS系统融合前后的6166例胸部DR体检的工作流程、信息管理、人均检查时间、人均报告等待时间进行对比分析。结果系统融合后,人均检查时间由1.18 min降至0.92 min,缩短22.03%;人均报告等待时间由2.32 min降至1.86 min,缩短19.83%;放射科体检流程减少2个环节;体检者信息管理更加高效,差错由0.43%降低为0,体检者满意度由91.43%提高到99.71%。结论PACS/RIS-HIS-PEIS系统在高校教师胸部DR体检中优化了工作流程,提高了工作效率。Objective To investigate the application value of PACS/RIS-HIS-PEIS system in radiology physical examination in college.Methods In the physical examination of a college radiology department,the working process,information management,average physical examination time and average diagnostic report time of 6166 cases before and after PACS/RIS-HIS-PEIS system integration were compared and analyzed.Results After system integration,the average physical examination time was decreased from 1.18 min to 0.92 min,shortened by 22.03%,and the average diagnostic report time was decreased from 2.32 min to 1.86 min,shortening 19.83%.The physical examination process of the radiology department was reduced by two links.The information management of the medical examiner was more efficient,the error rate was reduced from 0.43%to 0,and the satisfaction of the medical examiner was increased from 91.43%to 99.71%.Conclusion The PACS/RIS-HIS-PEIS system optimizes the work process and improves the work efficiency in the chest DR physical examination of college teachers.
