摘　　要：目的通过对医用耗材管理全流程优化实践,为医用耗材精细化管理提供建议。方法以上海市某三甲医院为研究对象,运用鱼骨图法梳理其医用耗材原在院管理模式中存在的问题,剖析流程和信息系统方面优化改进的方案,以推进医用耗材的精细化管理。结果原医用耗材院内管理存在采购不规范,配送不精准,使用难监管,系统不联动,供应商未有效管理等问题。对此,管理实践中通过采取加强准入论证,严把采购入院关,引入SPD统一配送,实行条码化管理,建立评价制度,规范供应商管理等措施,对医用耗材管理的全流程进行优化改造。结论通过对耗材采购、配送、使用、评价全流程的优化,以及信息系统的联动运作,提高了医院耗材管理的协同能力和精细化管理水平。Objective To provide advice on the refined management of medical consumables from the perspective of the whole process optimization of medical consumables management.Methods Through the study of a top three hospitals in Shanghai,the problems of the original medical management mode of medical consumables were sorted out,and the optimization and improvement of the process and information system were analyzed to promote the refined management of medical consumables.Results There were some problems in the hospital management of original medical consumables,such as non-standard procurement,inaccurate distribution,difficult supervision of use,system unlinkage,and ineffective management of suppliers.In the management practice,the whole process of medical consumables management was optimized by strengthening the access demonstration,strictly controlling the admission of procurement,introducing SPD unified distribution,implementing barcode management,establishing an evaluation system,standardizing supplier management and other measures.Conclusion Through the optimization of the whole process of consumables procurement,distribution,use and evaluation,and the linkage operation of information systems,the synergy and refined management level of consumables management has been improved.
