红金消结胶囊联合三苯氧胺治疗男性乳腺肥大症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察红金消结胶囊联合三苯氧胺治疗男性乳腺肥大症的临床疗效。方法:将96例临床诊断男性乳腺肥大症的患者按照就诊顺序随机分为3组,分别给与三苯氧胺(31例)、红金消结胶囊(30例)及二者联合用药(35例)治疗,两个疗程后,参照国家中药管理局颁布的《中医内外妇儿科病证诊断疗效标准及中医内科急诊规范》及超声检测腺体层厚度变化评估疗效,比较3组患者的治愈率和有效率。结果:联合用药组治愈率和有效率(45.7%、80%)高于三苯氧胺单药治疗组(32.2%、54.8%)、红金消结胶囊单药治疗组(26.7%、60%)(P<0.05);40岁以上联合用药组患者(47.8%、82.6%)较40岁以下患者(41.6%、66.7%),疗效更佳(P<0.05)。结论:红金消结胶囊联合三苯氧胺治疗男性乳腺肥大症是较为有效且副作用小的治疗方案,对40岁以上患者疗效更佳。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Hongjinxiaojie capsule combined with Tamoxifen in the treatment of male hypertrophy of mammary gland.Methods:96 patients with clinical diagnosis of mastocytosis were randomly divided into 3 groups.The three groups of patients were treated with Tamoxifen(31),Hongjinxiaojie capsules(30)and the two drugs are combined(35),after two courses of treatment,the curative rate and effective rate of the three groups were compared.Results:The curative rate and effective rate of the three groups were compared.The combined treatment group(45.7%,80%)was significantly higher than the Tamoxifen monotherapy group(32.2%,54.8%)and the Hongjinxiaojie capsule monotherapy group(26.7%,60%)(P<0.05).Patients over 40 years old in the combination group(47.8%,82.6%)had better efficacy than those under 40 years old(41.6%,66.7%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hongjinxiaojie capsule combined with Tamoxifen in the treatment of male hypertrophy of mammary gland is an effective treatment with less side effects and the effect is better for patients over 40 years old.
