宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉不孕症患者的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉不孕症患者的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析108例子宫内膜息肉不孕症患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式分为观察组和对照组,每组各54例。对照组给予常规刮宫术治疗,观察组给予宫腔镜手术治疗。对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、平均动脉压、心率、血氧饱和度、月经情况、复发率及妊娠成功率。结果:治疗后,观察组手术时间为(25.35±3.62)min,短于对照组的(38.52±8.73)min;观察组术中出血量为(7.56±0.92)mL,少于对照组的(16.27±4.75)mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组月经情况明显改善,对照组月经量为(60.72±5.86)mL,少于观察组的(72.53±9.82)mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组平均动脉压、心率和血氧饱和度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组复发率(5.56%)低于对照组(27.78%),妊娠率(70.37%)高于对照组(48.15%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜手术治疗在子宫内膜息肉不孕症患者中的效果显著,可有效改善患者月经情况,且手术时间短,术中出血量少。Objective:To study the clinical effect of hysteroscopic operation on infertility patients with endometrial polyp.Methods:The clinical data of 108 infertile patients with endometrial polyp were analyzed retrospectively.According to the treatment,they were divided into observation group and control group,54 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional curettage and the observation group was treated by hysteroscopy.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,mean arterial pressure,heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,menstruation,recurrence rate and pregnancy success rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the operation time of the observation group was(25.35±3.62)min,was shorter than that of the control group(38.52±8.73)min,the amount of bleeding in the observation group was(7.56±0.92)mL,which was less than that of the control group(16.27±4.75)mL,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the menstruation of the two groups was significantly improved.The amount of menstruation in the control group was(60.72±5.86)mL,which was less than that in the obserration group(72.53±9.82)mL,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the average arterial pressure,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the recurrence rate in the observation group(5.56%)was lower than that(27.78%)in the control group.The pregnancy rate(70.37%)of the group was higher than that(48.15%)of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of infertility patients with endometrial polyps has a significant effect,can effectively improve the menstruation of patients,and the operation time is short,the amount of bleeding during the operation is small.
