克罗米芬联合补佳乐与来曲唑用于多囊卵巢综合征促排卵助孕的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨克罗米芬(CC)联合补佳乐与来曲唑(LE)对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者促排卵助孕的临床效果。方法:收集78例PCOS致不孕患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=40),其中对照组给予CC联合补佳乐治疗,观察组给予LE治疗,结合随访比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组注射HCG当天成熟卵泡数和排卵率低于对照组(P<0.05),子宫内膜厚度高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组雌二醇(E2)显著低于对照组(P<0.05),LH、T水平相较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组妊娠率、早期流产率和LUF、OHSS发生率相较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CC联合补佳乐与LE对促排卵助孕效果相接近,均是临床治疗PCOS的有效用药方案。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of clomifene Citrate(CC)combined with bugalol and letrozole(LE)on ovulation induction and fertilization in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).Methods:A total of 78 cases of infertility caused by PCOS were collected and divided into control group(38 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with CC combined with bujiale,while the observation group was treated with LE.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared with follow-up.Results:The number of mature follicles and ovulation rate on the day of HCG injection in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the thickness of endometrium was higher than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The level of estradiol(E2)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),but the levels of LH and P were not significantly different(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in pregnancy rate,early abortion rate,LUF and OHSS between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:CC combined with bujiale and LE have similar effects in promoting ovulation and assisting pregnancy.They are both effective medication schemes for PCOS.
