摘　　要：杆塔所属污区的准确研判是为杆塔外绝缘校核和提高系统数据准确性提供数据基础。杆塔所属污区具有一定随机性,传统方法仅根据杆塔所处位置进行判断,缺乏科学性,且准确率较低。本文提出一种基于射线法的杆塔所属污区研判及外绝缘校核模型,首先利用PMS2. 0中杆塔坐标数据,结合污区分布图中图层数据的边界点,利用射线法对杆塔所属污区进行研判,在此基础上结合杆塔外绝缘配置标准,实现杆塔外绝缘配置数据的统一校核。实验结果表明,该方法可以将杆塔所属污区研判的准确率提高至99%,得出较为准确的外绝缘校核结果,从而提高系统数据准确性,进一步实现电网零污闪的工作目标。Accurate determination of polluted area of poles and towers is to provide data basis for checking insulation outside poles and towers and improving the accuracy of system data. The contaminated area of the tower has certain randomness. The traditional method is roughly determined by the position of the tower,and the scientific and accurate rate is low. A model of polluted area evaluation and external insulation checking of pole and tower based on ray method is proposed. Firstly,pole and tower coordinate data in PMS2. 0 are used,combined with boundary points of layer data in pollution area distribution map,and polluted area belongs to pole and tower is studied by ray method. On this basis,pole and tower external insulation configuration standard is combined to realize unified verification of external insulation configuration data of pole and tower. The experimental results show that the method can improve the accuracy of polluted area identification to 99%,and obtain more accurate results of external insulation checking,so as to improve the accuracy of system data and further achieve the goal of zero pollution flashover in power grid.
