摘　　要：目的:探索病房+伤口门诊联动管理模式在长期留置肾造瘘管患者的效果。方法:以长期留置肾造瘘管患者为研究对象,选择2018年03月-07月56例为对照组,2018年08月-12月56例为观察组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组采取病房+伤口门诊联动管理模式。比较两组患者肾造瘘管护理及时率、护理满意度。结果:两组患者在出院后3个月内肾造瘘管维护及时率观察组为43/56(76.8%),对照组为20/56(33.3%);并发症的发生率观察组为20/56(35.7%),对照组为34/56(60.7%);护理满意度得分观察组为53.82±6.29分,对照组为39.45±53.59分,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用病房+伤口门诊联动管理模式,能有效提高肾造瘘管患者护理及时率,提高护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of combined management mode of hospital ward and trauma clinic in patients with longterm indwelling of renal fistula.Method:Patients with longterm indwelling of renal fistula were selected as the study subjects,among which 56 cases from march to July 2018 were the control group,and 56 cases from August to December 2018 were the observation group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group adopted the combined management mode of hospital ward and trauma clinic.The timely rate of nursing and the satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The timely maintenance rate of renal fistula within 3 months after discharge was 43/56(76.8%)in the observation group and 20/56(33.3%)in the control group.The incidence of complications was 20/56(35.7%)in the observation group and 34/56(60.7%)in the control group.The score of satisfaction of nursing was 53.82±6.29 in the observation group and 39.45±53.59 in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting the combined management mode of hospital ward and trauma clinic can effectively improve the timely rate and the satisfaction of nursing in patients with renal fistula.
