新修订《江苏省献血条例》对我省无偿献血工作的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨2017年9月1日起实施的《关于修改<江苏省献血条例>的决定》对我省无偿献血工作的影响。方法:调查分析《条例》实施前后各一年我省献血工作情况。结果:《条例》实施一年来,全省参与无偿献血人次同比增加4.11万人次,全血献血量同比增长5.05%;55-60周岁献血者新增5609人次;单次捐献300毫升及以上的献血者显著增加,新增49357人次,同比增长6.18%;往年献血量达800ml的再次献血者人数同比增长10.93%。结论:新修订的《条例》对我省无偿献血事业健康可持续发展提供了法制保障和良好的推动作用,全省无偿献血社会氛围已明显改善。Objective:To explore the impact of the regulation on the work of blood donation in Jiangsu province,which is Decision on amending regulations of blood donation in Jiangsu Province,implemented on September 1,2017.Methods:The status of blood donation work in one year before and after the implementation of the regulation were investigated and analyzed.Results:Over the past year since the implementation of the regulation,the number of voluntary blood donors increased by 41,100 and the total blood donation increased by 5.05%.5,609 new blood donors were between the ages of 55 and 60.There was a significant increase in the number of blood donors who donated 300 ml or more in a single donation,with an increase of 49357 and 6.18%.The number of re-donors was 10.93%year-on-year increase who donated 800 ml of blood volume in previous years.Conclusion:The newly revised regulation has provided legal guarantee and good promotion for the healthy and sustainable development of voluntary blood donation in our province,and the social atmosphere of voluntary blood donation has been significantly improved.
