摘　　要：目的探讨隐形网格型全厚皮片移植治疗手背部瘢痕挛缩畸形的效果。方法对我院自2016年1月至2019年2月收治的25例手背部瘢痕挛缩畸形患者行全厚皮片移植术,术中彻底松解瘢痕,保持浅筋膜完整性,将隐形网格型全厚皮片游离移植于创面,术后观察皮片成活情况及后期手功能及外观恢复情况。结果20例患者皮片高质量成活,3例患者部分表皮剥脱,2例患者部分散在水疱,对创面加强换药后均愈合,术后无并发症,患者手功能及外观明显改善。结论应用全厚皮片矫治瘢痕畸形具有功能及外观恢复好、术后不易挛缩的优点。隐形网格型全厚皮片移植是矫治手背瘢痕挛缩畸形的理想方法之一。Objective To investigate the effect of the invisible grid full-thickness skin graft for the treatment of cicatricial contracture in the dorsum of hand.Methods 25 patients with cicatricial contracture in dorsum of hand admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to February 2019 were treated with full-thickness skin transplantation.During the operation,the cicatrice was completely released,and the integrity of superficial fascia was maintained.The invisible grid full-thickness skin was freely transplanted into the wound surface.And the survival rate of skin graft and the recovery of hand function and appearance were observed after the operation.Results The skin grafts of 20 patients survived with high quality,3 cases had partial epidermis exfoliation,2 cases had partial dispersed blisters.All the wounds healed after dressing change was strengthened.There were no complications after operation,and the hand function and appearance of the patients were significantly improved.Conclusion Full-thickness skin graft has the advantages of good appearance and function recovery and less possibility of contracture after operation.Invisible grid full-thickness skin graft is one of the ideal methods to correct cicatricial contracture of the dorsum of hand.
