皓齿美白系统漂白氟斑牙临床效果及护理研究

摘　　要：目的评价皓齿美白系统对氟斑牙的临床漂白效果,总结治疗过程中的护理措施,并探讨其在治疗过程中的积极作用。方法随机将118例氟斑牙患者分为观察组和对照组,每组59例;对照组采用皓齿Opalustre微研磨糊剂进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用皓齿Boost美白系统进行治疗;同时观察组由护理人员给予术前健康宣教、术中密切配合、术后院外指导等护理措施。通过VITA比色板评价两组美白效果,统计美白有效率;向患者发放护理满意度调查问卷,统计两组护理满意度。结果两组轻度氟斑牙美白效果均达95%以上,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组中度、重度氟斑牙美白效果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为98.31%,高于对照组84.75%,差异有统计学意义(2=9.315,P=0.013)。结论皓齿Opalustre微研磨糊剂治疗对于轻度氟斑牙美白效果良好,联合应用皓齿Boost美白系统治疗可提高中、重度氟斑牙的美白效果;而良好的护理干预对治疗效果、护理质量和护理满意度的提升均具有积极作用。Objective To evaluate the clinical bleaching effect of Hao Teeth Whitening System on fluorosis,summarize the nursing measures in the treatment process,and explore its positive role in the treatment process.Methods 118 patients with fluorosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 59 cases in each group;The control group was treated with Opalustre micro-abrasive paste,and the observation group was treated with the Opalus Boost whitening system in addition to the treatment of the control group.At the same time,the observation group was given preoperative health education,close cooperation during the operation and postoperative operation Nursing measures such as out-of-hospital guidance.The VITA colorimetric panel was used to evaluate the whitening effect of the two groups,and the whitening efficiency was counted.A questionnaire of nursing satisfaction was distributed to patients to count the nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results The lightening effect of mild fluoroplaque teeth in both groups was above 95%,and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).The whitening effect of moderate and severe fluoroplaque teeth in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant Significance(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.31%,which was higher than the control group of 84.75%,and the difference was statistically significant(2=9.315,P=0.013).Conclusion Opalustre micro-abrasive paste treatment has a good effect on the lightening of mild fluorosis.Combined application of Opalustre’s Boost whitening system can improve the whitening effect of moderate and severe fluorosis.Good nursing intervention has a good effect on the treatment effect,quality of careand The improvement of nursing satisfaction has a positive effect.
