摘　　要：在上海建设国际金融票据交易中心可以聚集全球金融资源,结合“一带一路”倡议以及人民币国际化、利率市场化、自贸试验区试点等金融改革核心内容将票据市场推出国门,提升上海金融集聚度及国际化程度,此举有利于巩固和强化上海作为国家金融中心的地位,助力上海国际金融中心的整体建设。The construction of an international financial bill exchange center in Shanghai can gather global financial resources,push the bill market out of the country in combination with the“the belt and road initiative”strategy and the core contents of financial reforms such as RMB internationalization,interest rate marketization,free trade zone pilot,etc.This will help to consolidate and strengthen Shanghai’s status as a national financial center and help the overall construction of Shanghai’s international financial center.
