胰岛素泵的运用对患者血糖的稳定效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究患者通过使用胰岛素泵进行治疗时,胰岛素泵对稳定血糖的所产生的积极作用。方法选取从2017年3月—2018年3月一年时间在医院参与血糖治疗的68例患者,对照组采取服用阿卡波糖等常规治疗方法,治疗组在常规治疗方法基础上再辅助以胰岛素泵,对产生的结果详细记录并做好数据分析。结果治疗组的各项指标都明显的优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者体内血糖达标率远远超过对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗血糖波动患者时结合阿卡波糖和胰岛素泵能够明显改善患者的血糖水平,进而能够抑制血糖波动情况。Objective To investigate the positive effect of insulin pump on stabilizing blood glucose when patients are treated with insulin pump.Methods 68 patients who participated in blood glucose treatment in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected.The control group was treated with acarbose and other routine treatment methods.The treatment group was treated with insulin pump on the basis of routine treatment.The results were recorded in detail and the data were analyzed.Results The indexes of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of blood glucose in the treatment group was much higher than that in the treatment group.There was significant difference between the control group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with acarbose and insulin pump in the treatment of patients with fluctuating blood glucose can significantly improve the level of blood glucose and then inhibit the fluctuation of blood glucose.
