三伏艾灸对肾阳虚证干预的研究

摘　　要：目的通过三伏艾灸对肾阳虚证干预的研究,观察患者症状及体征改善状况。方法试验组选择在2018年4月10日—2018年8月25日对前来诊治的72例阳虚体质的人群,选取双侧脾俞、双侧肾俞、气海、关元穴进行艾灸,分别于7月17日、7月20日、7月23日、7月27日、8月2日、8月9日、8月16日、8月19日、8月22日进行。对照组在非三伏天时间(4月15日、5月15日、4月23日、4月27日、5月3日、5月10日、5月15日、5月19日、5月22日),采用相同取穴、相同周期、相同间隔天数进行普通艾灸并进行日常生活指导,具体方法与试验组相同。40天为一个治疗周期。干预前后记录观察症状指标。结果试验组中,临床控制5例,显效15例,有效13例,无效3例,总有效率为92%。结论通过三伏天艾灸对肾阳虚证的干预,能有效的改善肾阳虚体质人群的症状和体征。Objective To observe the improvement of symptoms and signs of patients with kidney-yang deficiency through the interv ention of Moxibustion during the canicular day.Methods The test group selected 72 patients with yang deficiency constitution from April 10,2018 to August 25,2018.Bilateral Spleen Shu,bilateral Shenshu,Qihai,and Guanyuan points were selected for moxibustion,holding on July 17,July 20,July 23,July 27,August 2,August 9,August 16,August 19,and August 22,respectively.The control group was in non-triple days(April 15,May 15,April 23,April 27,May 3,May 10,May 15,May 19,May 22),using the same acupoints,the same cycle,the same number of days for ordinary moxibustion and daily life guidance,the specific method is the same as the experimental group.40 days is a treatment cycle.Observe symptoms before and after intervention.Results In the experimental group,5 cases were clinically controlled,15 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 92%.Conclusion The intervention of moxibustion on kidney-yang deficiency syndrome during the canicular day can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of people with kidneyyang deficiency constitution.
