中药泡洗与针灸推拿对脑梗死肩手综合征效果

摘　　要：目的研究在脑梗死后肩手综合征患者中应用中药泡洗结合针灸推拿康复治疗的临床价值。方法以随机法对2016年7月—2019年7月期间本院参与诊治的50例脑梗死后肩手综合征患者实施分组,每组25例,常规组行常规康复治疗,试验组行中药泡洗结合针灸推拿康复治疗,比较两组临床治疗有效率、Ashworth痉挛评分、FMA评分、SS-QOL评分。结果试验组临床治疗有效率96.00%对比常规组的76.00%,P <0.05。试验组患者Ashworth痉挛评分为(1.01±0.22),FMA评分为(47.41±1.45),SS-QOL评分为(202.22±8.89);常规组患者Ashworth痉挛评分为(1.57±0.18),FMA评分为(35.51±1.32),SS-QOL评分为(177.21±8.62),两组比较,P <0.05。结论将中药泡洗结合针灸推拿康复治疗应用在脑梗死后肩手综合征患者中价值显著。Objective To study the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine bubble washing combined with acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation in patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after cerebral infarction.Methods 50 patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after cerebral infarction who participated in the treatment from July 2016 to July 2019 were randomly divided into groups,25 patients in each group,routine group received routine rehabilitation treatment,and the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and massage and rehabilitation treatment,compared two groups of clinical effectiveness,Ashworth cramps rating,FMA score,SS-QOL score.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 96.00%compared with 76.00%in the conventional group,P<0.05.There was an empirical significance between the data indicators.The score of Ashworth spasm was(1.01±0.22),FMA was(47.41±1.45),and SS-QOL score was(202.22±8.89).Ashworth spasm score of the conventional group was(1.57±0.18)in the general group and the FMA score was(35.51±1.32),SSQOL score was(177.21±8.62).The two groups were compared,P<0.05,there are demonstrative meanings among data indicators.Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine bubble washing combined with acupuncture and massage rehabilitation therapy is of great value in patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after cerebral infarction.
