中医综合治疗肺心病缓解期生存质量临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析中医综合治疗方案对肺心病缓解期远期生存质量及复发率的临床效果。方法本次研究将肺心病缓解期患者作为对象,选取的患者病例数为60例,要求住院时间是2018年1月—2019年1月。将60例患者分成两组,按治疗方式的不同进行分配组别。接受西医基础治疗干预的30例患者编排为对照组,在此之上进行中药汤剂及穴位敷贴治疗干预的另外30例患者设定为试验组。针对两组患者取得的治疗效果进行分析。结果对照组患者复发率(26.66%)远高于试验组(3.33%),P <0.05可以证明比较差异是有统计学意义的;试验组患者的社会、环境、生理、心理及生存质量评分分别为(18.48±0.71)分、(24.97±1.76)分、(19.68±1.23)分、(20.89±2.19)分、(70.12±4.81)分,对照组患者的社会、环境、生理、心理及生存质量评分分别为(18.16±0.62)分、(24.51±1.81)分、(16.26±1.12)分、(15.46±1.13)分、(63.84±3.22)分,试验组患者的生存质量及心理、生理评分均较优,而对照组较差,P <0.05可以证明比较差异是有统计学意义的。结论接受中药汤剂及穴位贴敷干预的肺心病缓解期患者远期生存质量得到明显改进,且复发率较低。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated treatment of TCM on the long-term survival quality and recurrence rate of pulmonary heart disease in remission period.Methods patients with COR pulmonale were selected in this study,and the number of patients selected was 60,requiring hospitalization from January 2018 to January 2019.Sixty patients were divided into two groups and distributed according to different treatment methods.The 30 patients who received the basic treatment intervention of Western medicine were arranged as control groups,and the other 30 patients who performed the treatment intervention of traditional Chinese medicine soup and acupoint dressing were set as experimental groups.The therapeutic effects of two groups of patients were analyzed.Results The recurrence rate of control group(26.66%)was much higher than that of experimental group(3.33%).The social,environmental,physiological,psychological,and quality of life scores of the patients in the experimental group were(18.48±0.71)(24.97±1.76)(19.68±1.23)(20.89±2.19),(70.12±4.81)points,The social,environmental,physiological,psychological and quality of life scores of the control group were(18.16±0.62)(24.51±1.81)(16.26±1.12)(15.46±1.13)(63.84±3.22).The quality of life and the psychological and physiological scores of the patients in the experimental group were superior,while the control group was poor.P<0.05 can prove that the comparative difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The long-term survival quality of patients with COR pulmonale after intervention with Chinese medicine decoction and acupoint application was improved obviously,and the recurrence rate was low,which has the value of popularization.
