门诊患者对采血知识的认知情况及健康教育方式探讨

摘　　要：目的对门诊采血患者关于采血相关知识的认知情况进行分析,从而对采血知识的健康教育方式进行探讨。方法选取本院在2019年3月—2019年6间门诊治疗中收治的1000例采血患者作为试验研究对象。采用自制调查问卷对患者关于采血相关知识的认知情况进行分析,对采用何种健康教育方式进行探讨。结果通过问卷调查统计分析,发现采血相关知识的平均得分稳定在1.45~2.44分之间,知晓率为36.25%~61.00%之间,这说明患者对采血相关知识的认知情况不佳。从患者对采血健康知识教育的需求情况来看,有92.9%的患者希望进行采血知识的健康教育,其中有58.9%患者认为通过护理人员的口头宣教就能对采血相关知识进行了解。结论目前门诊采血患者关于采血相关知识的认知情况程度较低,需要护理人员开展针对性的健康知识教育宣传,提高采血检测的有效性。Objective To analyze the cognition of outpatient blood collection patients about blood collection related knowledge,so as to explore the health education mode of blood collection knowledge.Methods 1000 cases of blood collection patients admitted to 6 outpatient clinics in our hospital from March 2019 to June 2019 were selected as the experimental subjects.The self-made questionnaire was used to analyze the patients'knowledge about blood collection,and to explore what kind of health education methods should be adopted.Results Through the statistical analysis of questionnaire survey,we found that the average score of knowledge related to blood collection was 1.45~2.44 points,and the awareness rate was 36.25%~61.00%,which indicated that the patients'knowledge about blood collection was not good.According to the needs of patients for health education of blood collection,92.9%of patients want health education of blood collection knowledge,and 58.9%of them think that they can understand the knowledge of blood collection through oral education of nurses.Conclusion At present,the awareness of outpatient blood collection patients about blood collection knowledge is relatively low,so it is necessary for nurses to carry out targeted health education and publicity,so as to improve the effectiveness of blood collection testing.
