护理干预在尿毒症血液透析患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的护理干预对尿毒症血液透析患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年5月—2019年5月于本院接受血液透析的60例尿毒症患者作为主要对象,运用数字随机表法分组,各30例。两组患者均接受常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上增加护理干预,对两组的护理效果进行对比。结果两组患者护理前的血肌酐、血尿素氮水平比较差异无统计学意义,护理后较护理前明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.043,P=0.044 <0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论对尿毒症血液透析患者实施护理干预可改善患者的生活质量。Objective Nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with uremia hemodialysis.Methods Sixty patients with uremia who underwent hemodialysis from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the main subjects,and 30 patients were grouped by digital random table method.Both groups of patients received routine care.The observation group increased the nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,and compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results Two groups of patients before nursing of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen level was no significant difference,a significantly lower in the past care after nursing,significantly lower than the control group and observation group,there were significant differences(P<0.05);The complication rate of the observation group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(20.00%),and there was a significant difference(χ^2=4.043,P=0.044<0.05).The quality of life score in observation group of patients is significantly higher than the control group,there were significant differences.Conclusion Nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients with uremia can improve the quality of life of patients.
