体位护理对胸椎结核前后路手术的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨胸椎结核前后路联合手术不同体位的护理配合效果观察。方法选择从2017年3月—2018年3月收治的100例胸椎结核前后路联合手术患者纳入研究工作,依照随机数字表法进行分组,划分为对照组与研究组,各有50例。对照组实施常规护理方法,研究组在此基础上联合手术不同体位护理配合。比较分析两组患者的观察比较两组护理前后的心理状态评分、疼痛缓解情况、临床护理满意度,以及护理前后的生活质量评分。结果研究组护理后的SAS评分均更低于对照组;研究组的疼痛缓解度为98.00%,更高于对照组的86.00%,P<0.05;研究组的临床护理满意度为100.00%,更高于对照组的84.00%,P<0.05;研究组护理后的总体健康评分、生理功能评分、躯体疼痛评分、活力评分、社会功能评分、精神健康评分,均更高于对照组。结论给予胸椎结核前后路联合手术患者实施常规护理方法联合手术不同体位护理配合干预的效果确切。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing and coordination on different positions of anterior and posterior thoracic tuberculosis.Methods 100 patients with anterior and posterior thoracic tuberculosis who underwent surgery from March 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,and each had 50 cases.The control group was given a routine nursing method,and the research group was combined with different posture care cooperation.The patients in the two groups were compared and compared with the psychological status scores,pain relief,clinical nursing satisfaction,and quality of life scores before and after nursing.Results The SAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group.The pain relief of the study group was 98.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(86.00%,P<0.05).The clinical nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than the control group of 84.00%,P<0.05.The overall health score,physiological function score,vitality score,social function score and mental health score of the study group after nursing were all higher than the control group.Conclusion The results of routine nursing care combined with different postural care and intervention for patients with anterior and posterior combined operation of thoracic tuberculosis are effective.
