摘　　要：本文阐述了基于PLC的双路、双向配料系统的组成及原理分析,并简要分析了双路双向配料、皮带秤配合校称的优点。该配料系统实现的各项功能均满足工艺要求,并在生产实践中取得了良好的应用效果。This article describes the composition and principle analysis of a two-way,two-way batching system based on PLC,and briefly analyzes the advantages of dual-way two-way batching and belt scales with calibration.All functions realized by the batching system meet the requirements of the process,and have achieved good application results in production practice.
