摘　　要：本文从运维实际工作出发,针对现场视频会议维护经验,探索建立电力多媒体视频会议系统故障诊断知识库,对故障诊断知识库构建、知识库动态数据更新进行了详细阐述,以期提升维护人员维护效率,提高电力行业中视频会议系统的运营管控能力,使电力系统不断的发展。Starting from the practical work of operation and maintenance,aiming at the experience of video conference maintenance,this paper explores the establishment of the fault diagnosis knowledge base of power multimedia video conference system,and expounds the construction of the fault diagnosis knowledge base and the dynamic data update of the knowledge base in detail,in order to improve the maintenance efficiency of maintenance personnel,improve the operation and control ability of the video conference system in the power industry,and make the power The continuous development of the system.
