2014—2018年度佳木斯市流感哨点监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的掌握佳木斯市2014—2018年度流感监测发病动态及流感病毒毒株变异趋势,为流感防控提供客观依据。方法利用中国流感监测信息系统、Excel 2003及SPSS 20.0软件对流感监测数据进行整理和卡方检验分析,并就分析结果进行研究讨论。结果从流感样病例就诊比例及发生率看,就诊比例由2014年度的1.14%升高到2018年度的2.00%,发生率由2014年度的0.22%上升到2018年度的0.52%,分别增长了43.00%和57.70%。5岁以下婴幼儿流感样病例发生率最高(3.40%),流感样病例核酸检测阳性样本共计265份,总阳性率为3.90%,A型毒株(H1和H3)与B型毒株阳性率分别为2.53%与1.37%。结论佳木斯市呈现以A型流感毒株为主,B型流感毒株伴随的流感流行特征。要加强重点人群(儿童、老人等)及重点场所(学校、养老院等人群聚集场所)流感疫情的监测,预测、预警工作,防止出现流感的暴发和流行。Objective To master the influenza surveillance status and variation trend of influenza virus strain in Jiamusi city from 2014 to 2018,so as to provide objective basis for influenza prevention and control.Methods The Chinese influenza surveillance information system,Excel 2003 and SPSS 20.0 software were used to analyze the influenza surveillance data.Results From the proportion of influenza-like cases seeking medical treatment and the reported incidence,the proportion increased from 1.14%in 2014 to 2.00%in 2018,and the reported incidence increased from 0.22%in 2014 to 0.52%in 2018,increasing by 43.00%and 57.70%,respectively.The reported incidence rate of ILI was the highest among infants under 5 years old(3.40%).There were 265 nucleic acid test positive samples of flu-like cases,with a total positive rate of 3.90%.The positive rates of type A strain(H1 and H3)and type B strain were 2.53%and 1.37%,respectively.Conclusions The influenza epidemic characteristics of Jiamusi are mainly type A influenza strain and type B influenza strain.It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring,prediction and early warning of influenza outbreaks in key groups(children,the elderly,etc.)and key places(schools,nursing homes and other places where people gather)to prevent the outbreak and epidemic of influenza.
