摘　　要：目的研究老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折接受经皮椎体成形术治疗的效果。方法方便选取2014年1月—2018年12月间该院收治的老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者258例为研究对象,均接受经皮椎体成形术治疗,分析手术前后患者伤椎高度、日常生活障碍程度、患处疼痛程度。结果患者术后后凸角、前缘高度、中线高度、后缘高度均优于术前(P<0.05);患者术后日常生活障碍程度及疼痛程度评分为(7.98±2.14)分、(3.26±1.18)分,优于术前(26.68±5.29)分、(6.98±2.10)分(t=8.174、10.038,P=0.000、0.000)。结论老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折接受经皮椎体成形术治疗能够减轻患处疼痛,减低患者日常生活障碍程度,改善伤椎高度,有良好应用价值。Objective To study the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of senile osteoporotic spinal fractures.Methods A total of 258 patients with senile osteoporotic spinal fractures in the hospital from January 2014 to December 2018 were convenient treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty.The height of the injured vertebrae and the degree of daily living disorders,degree of pain in the affected area were analyzed before and after surgery.Results The postoperative kyphosis,anterior height,midline height,and posterior height were better than those before surgery,P<0.05.The postoperative daily life disorder and pain score were(7.98±2.14)points,(3.26±1.18)points,better than preoperative(26.68±5.29)points,(6.98±2.10)points(t=8.174,10.038,P=0.000,0.000).Conclusion Elderly patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty can reduce the pain of the affected area,reduce the degree of daily life disorders and improve the height of the injured vertebrae,and have good application value.
