结肠癌肝转移手术疗效相关问题探析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析结肠癌肝转移手术疗效相关问题。方法回顾性方便选择该院2015年3月—2019年4月期间收治的97例结肠癌肝转移患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法将其分成两组,其中,保守治疗的患者设为对照组(n=39),手术治疗的患者设为研究组(n=58),观察比较两组患者的生存率及平均生存期。结果①研究组1年、3年和5年生存率分别为81.1%(47/58)、43.1%(25/58)、22.4%(13/58),显著高于对照组的53.8%(21/39)、28.2%(11/39)、6.8%(4/39),两组数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=16.973、4.838、9.759,P=0.000、0.027、0.001);②研究组平均生存期明显比对照组长[(28.16±3.48)个月vs(19.74±4.81)个月],差异有统计学意义(t=10.003,P=0.000)。结论相比保守疗法,手术治疗结肠癌肝转移,疗效更显著,可延长生存率。Objective To investigate the related problems in the treatment of colon cancer liver metastasis.Methods A retrospective and convenient selection of 97 patients with liver metastases from colon cancer in the hospital from March 2015 to April 2019 was divided into two groups according to the treatment method.Among them,conservative treatment patients were set as control group(n=39),the patients treated with surgery were set as study group(n=58),and the survival rate and average survival time of the two groups were compared.Results 1.The 1-,3-,and 5-year survival rates of the study group were 81.1%(47/58),43.1%(25/58),and 22.4%(13/58),respectively,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 53.8%(21/39),28.2%(11/39),6.8%(4/39),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=16.973,4.838,9.759,P=0.000,0.027,0.001);2.The mean survival time of the study group was significantly longer than that of the control group[(28.16±3.48)months vs(19.74±4.81)months],and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.003,P=0.000).Conclusion Compared with conservative therapy,surgical treatment of colon cancer liver metastasis is more effective and can prolong survival.
