摘　　要：目的探析主动脉夹层患者临床分析与护理干预效果。方法方便收集于2016年1月—2018年12月在该院诊治主动脉夹层患者54例病例的资料,按常规护理和常规联合护理干预治疗分为对照组和观察组,各27例,比较两组研究对象采用不同护理方案的临床效果和满意度的差异。结果按照不同的护理方案进行护理后,观察组病例的疼痛改善程度比对照组好,差异有统计学意义(t=3.261,P<0.05)。对照组和观察组总满意率分别为77.78%和96.30%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.654,P<0.05)。结论主动脉夹层患者采用急诊常规护理联合护理干预的效果比单纯使用常规护理的临床疗效显著,且患者满意度较高,临床上可行。Objective To explore the clinical observation and nursing intervention effect of patients with aortic dissection.Methods To collect the data of convenient election 54 patients with aortic dissection in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 and divide into control group and observation group according to routine nursing and routine combined nursing intervention,27 cases in each group.The differences of clinical effect and satisfaction of different nursing schemes between the two groups were compared.Results The pain improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.261,P<0.05),after nursing according to different nursing schemes.The total satisfaction rates of the control group and the observation group were 77.78%and 96.30%,respectively.The observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.654,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of emergency routine nursing combined with nursing intervention is better than that of routine nursing for patients with aortic dissection,and patients'satisfaction of clinical nursing is higher,which is feasible clinically.
