摘 要:运用实验法和数据分析法,研究健身气功运动对体质弱势大学生体质及心理健康的影响.针对体质弱势大学生开设一学年的健身气功课程,对比分析课程开设前后大学生的身体形态、机能、素质和心理等指标,结果显示,健身气功运动对受试者舒张压的影响达显著水平(P<0.05),对肺活量、坐位体前屈、闭眼独立、握力的影响达到高度显著水平(P<0.01),对躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑症状等心理素质的影响也呈高度显著水平(P<0.01).研究结果表明,健身气功运动能够有效促进体质弱势大学生的心血管和呼吸系统机能的改善以及心理素质的提高.By using the experimental methods,this paper studies the influence of Qigong exercise on the physical and mental health of the physically disadvantaged college students.A one-year health Qigong course is offered for physically disadvantaged college students,and the body shape,function,quality and psychology of college students before and after the course are compared and analyzed.The results show that the effect of health Qigong exercise on the diastolic blood pressure of the subjects reached a significant level(P<0.05),and the effects on vital capacity,bend-ahead in sitting,standing up on one leg with eyes closed,and grip strength reached a highly significant level(P<0.01).In terms of psychology,the effect on somatization,obsessiveness,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and anxiety is highly significant(P<0.01).The results show that the health Qigong exercises effectively promotes the improvement of cardiovascular and respiratory functions and psychological quality of the physically disadvantaged college students.
