摘 要:为改善井下高浓度粉尘的作业环境,本文以寺河矿3#煤层为研究对象,基于尘源抑尘降尘理念,结合实验室测定、现场试验等手段,对煤层注水性、结构特征、注水孔围岩裂隙分布、脉动注水流动规律、层理与裂隙、孔隙以及注水降尘效果等方面进行了系统研究。研究认为,该煤层注水性良好,煤体内孔隙和裂隙对注水导流有利,由于煤体内部原生裂隙和脉动注水特点,压裂液浸入到煤体裂隙具有一定的先后顺序。现场注水试验证明,脉动注水效果明显优于静压注水,脉动注水能充分湿润煤体,降尘效果较好。In order to improve the working environment of high concentration dust in underground,taking the 3#coal seam of Sihe coal mine as the research object,based on the concept of dust source dust suppression and dust reduction,combined with laboratory measurement and field test,the characteristics of water injection,structural characteristics,the surrounding rock crack distribution of water injection hole,the flowing law of pulsating water injection,bedding and fissure,pores,and the effect of water injection and dust reduction are systematically considered and studied.The coal seam has the good characteristics of water injection,and the pores and cracks in coal are favorable for water injection and diversion.Due to the characteristics of original fissure and pulsation water injection,the fracturing fluid immerses into the coal body fissure in a certain order.The field water injection test proves that the effect of pulsating water injection is obviously better than one of the static pressure water injection,and the pulsating water injection can fully wet the coal body and the effect of dust reduction is better.
