摘　　要：本文对工业重度污染废水中五日生化需氧量的测定方法-稀释与接种法和仪器法进行试验与分析,测试实际样品,分析改进试验过程中出现的问题,以此确定此类废水中BOD5的最佳测试条件。In this paper,the methods of dilution and inoculation and instrumentation for the determination of BOD5 in industrial heavily polluted wastewater are tested and analyzed.Through the test of actual samples,the problems in the test process are discussed and improved,so as to determine the best test conditions for BOD5 in such wastewater.
