摘  要:无机制备实验是一类重要的无机化学实验,在整个本科实验教学过程中的地位突出,其中氯化铵的制备是《无机化学实验》课程中的一个综合性实验。由于常规的实验室制备方法都是转化法,两步转化法耗时长,纯度低、产率不高,本文对氯化铵制备实验进行了优化,通过改变反应温度、物料比、蒸发的水量,得到了纯度较高的白色氯化铵粉末,并且产品的产率可达37%左右。相比传统的制备方法,产率提高了7%左右,时间缩短了3小时左右。Inorganic preparation experiment is a kind of important inorganic chemistry experiment,which plays a key role in the whole undergraduate experimental teaching process.The synthesis of NH4Cl is a comprehensive experiment in the course of Inorganic Chemistry Experiment.The conventional laboratory synthesis method of NH4Cl mainly is conversion methods.Because of the time consuming,low-purity and low-yield of the two-step conversion method,this paper intends to improve the method by changing the reaction temperature,material ratio and the amount of water evaporated.Then the white NH4Cl powder with higher purity is obtained,and the yield of the product can reach about 37%.The yield is increased by around 7%compared with the traditional method.And most importantly,the time is shortened by about 3 hours.
