摘　　要：本文立足于新时期规划转型的大背景,对自2005年以来湖南省乡村规划的发展历程进行了系统的回顾与思考,分析了湖南省在村庄规划不同阶段发展探索中取得的成就和存在的问题。并结合了当前我国处于规划转型的特殊时期,总结了新时期乡村规划应该关注的重点问题。同时就乡村规划评价指标体系的创建和规划编制方式、内容及成果形式的创新四个方面提出了对乡村规划转型方向的展望。以期对湖南省新时期乡村规划提出具有一定价值的参考建议。Based on the background of planning transition in the new era,this article systematically reviews and reflects the development process of rural planning in Hunan Province since 2005,and summarizes the achievements and problems of Hunan Province in the exploration of different stages of rural planning development.Combining with the current special period of planning transition in China,this article summarizes the key issues that should be paid attention to in rural planning in the newperiod.At the same time,it puts forward the prospects for the transition direction of rural planning from four aspects:the establishment of evaluation index system of rural planning,the innovation of planning formulation,content and results.The author hopes to put forward some valuable suggestions for the rural planning of Hunan Province in the newperiod.
