英语专业就业核心竞争力提升途径研究——以浙江大学城市学院为例

摘　　要：本研究认为提升浙江大学城市学院英语专业学生就业核心竞争力,可以通过五个途径来实现,分别是前置职业生涯规划,明确升学方向,提高境内外深造率;对接名企用人单位,提升就业质量;传递正确择业观,提升就业稳定性,提高用人单位满意度;对标调研,完善课程计划,夯实专业基础知识;运用校友资源,加强职业技能培训,提升新媒体宣传能力。This study holds that improving core employment competitiveness of English majors in Zhejiang University City College can be realized in five ways:(1)making a career plan in advance,holding a clear idea of further study and improving the rate of further education at home and abroad;(2)building the connection with employers in famous enterprises and improving employment quality;(3)passing on the correct viewof career selection,improving employment stability and the satisfaction of employers;(4)investigating the employment of graduates from similar universities and colleges,perfecting the course plan and consolidating the professional knowledge;(5)using alumni resources,strengthening vocational skills training and enhancing the publicity ability of the newmedia.
