摘 要:为更好的保障综采工作面顺利回采破碎顶板,本文以山西煤炭运销集团某矿某综采工作面为例,研究了综采工作面回采破碎顶板技术,具体介绍了该矿综采工作面的实际状况,分析了对破碎顶板稳定性造成影响的关键因素,同时提出了进行顶板挂网,实施煤壁加固、优化顶板支护结构以及强化矿压观测等技术措施,实际应用结果表明,通过应用这些措施,可显著改善综采工作面生产状况,进一步提高回采效率,可为企业创造更多经济效益。In order to better ensure the smooth extraction of broken roof in fully mechanized working face,this paper takes a fully mechanized working face in a mine of Shanxi coal transportation and marketing group as an example,studies the technology of extracting broken roof in fully mechanized working face,specifically introduces the actual situation of the fully mechanized working face in the mine,analyzes the key factors that affect the stability of broken roof,and puts forward some technical measures such as hanging roof net,reinforcing coal wall,optimizing roof support structure and strengthening mine pressure observation.The actual application results show that through applying these measures,the production situation of fully mechanized working face can be improved significantly,the recovery efficiency can be further improved,and more economic benefits can be created for enterprises.
