摘 要:目的:探讨追踪方法学在静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)管理中的应用效果。方法:运用追踪方法学发现PIVAS管理中存在的问题,制订、实施对策,并比较实施前后调配差错率和效率。结果:通过追踪方法学找出PIVAS管理中存在的问题和原因,并优化调配工作模式、流程以及其他相关制度。实施后,调配差错率由0.45‰下降至0.16‰(P<0.05),每袋输液贴签摆药用时由(8.66±0.79)s下降至(4.81±0.91)s(P<0.05),每袋输液分拣用时由(10.32±1.71)s下降至(6.29±0.72)s(P<0.05)。结论:运用追踪方法学,能够提高PIVAS工作效率,降低调配差错率,促进临床用药安全。Objective:To explore the application and effect of tracer methodology in the management of pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS).Methods:Using tracer methodology to discover problems in PIVAS management,formulate and implement countermeasures,and compare the error rate of PIVAS and work efficiency before and after implementation.Results:Tracer methodology was adopted to find out the problems and causes of PIVAS management,and optimized work patterns,processes,and other related systems were implemented.After implementation,the error rate decreased from 0.45‰to 0.16‰(P<0.05),the time for labeling and dispensing per bag of infusion was shortened from(8.66±0.79)s to(4.81±0.91)s(P<0.05),and the time for sorting per bag of infusion was shortened from(10.32±1.71)s to(6.29±0.72)s(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of tracking methodology can improve the work efficiency of PIVAS,reduce the error rate and promote the safety of clinical medication.
