我院图书馆实施数字阅读推广的SWOT分析及对策

摘　　要：医院实施阅读推广计划是利用图书馆资源的一种重要手段,也是建设学习型医院的一项重要举措。随着图书馆信息化建设的飞速发展,数字阅读推广也逐步普及。为了解河北北方学院附属第一医院图书馆实施数字阅读推广的现状,本文通过SWOT分析法分析我院图书馆开展数字阅读推广内外环境,总结实施数字阅读推广的优势、劣势、机会与挑战,并结合SWOT分析法的分析策略,提出对应的发展对策,以期促进我院图书馆数字阅读推广工作的顺利进行。The hospital's reading promotion plan is an important means of utilizing library resources and an important measure for building a learning hospital.With the rapid development of library information construction,the promotion of digital reading has also gradually spread.In order to understand the current status of digital reading promotion in the library of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University,this article analyzes the internal and external environment of our library's digital reading promotion through SWOT analysis,and summarizes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of implementing digital reading promotion.Combined with the analysis strategy of SWOT analysis method,the corresponding development countermeasures are put forward,in order to promote the smooth progress of digital reading promotion in our library.
