摘　　要：目的探讨急性心衰患者红细胞分布宽度变异系数(RDW-CV)水平与肺超声积分高低的相关性。方法选取我院2018年1月~2019年6月EICU收治的急性心衰患者62例,根据肺部8区B线积分进行分组,≥9分者51例设为高积分组,<9分者11例设为低积分组,检测并比较两组血液RDW-CV、血红蛋白(Hb)、APACHEⅡ评分、NEWS评分及肺超声积分。结果两组年龄、APACHEⅡ评分、NEWS评分、Hb比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);高积分组RDW-CV为14.20(13.60,15.70),低积分组RDW-CV为13.60(12.50,15.10),两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Spearman相关性分析显示,急性心衰患者RDW-CV与肺超声积分无相关(r=0.197,P>0.05)。结论肺超声评分与急性心衰患者RDW-CV之间无相关性,其对急性心衰的严重程度及预后的预测价值有待进一步研究。Objective To investigate the correlation between the red blood cell distribution width variation coefficient(RDW-CV)level and the pulmonary ultrasound score in patients with acute heart failure.Methods A total of 62 patients with acute heart failure who were treated by EICU from January 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital were selected and grouped according to the B-line scores in 8 areas of the lungs.51 patients with≥9 scores were assigned to the high-score group,and<9 scores were 11 cases was set as the low score group,and the blood RDW-CV,hemoglobin(Hb),APACHEⅡscore,NEWS score and pulmonary ultrasound score were detected and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in age,APACHEⅡscore,NEWS score,and Hb between the two groups(P>0.05);RDW-CV in the high-score group was 14.20(13.60,15.70),and RDW-CV in the low-score group was 13.60(12.50,15.10),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);the results of Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was no correlation between RDW-CV and pulmonary ultrasound scores in patients with acute heart failure(r=0.197,P>0.05).Conclusion There is no correlation between pulmonary ultrasound score and RDW-CV in patients with acute heart failure,and its predictive value for the severity and prognosis of acute heart failure needs further study.
