肠炎康颗粒治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果及对血清炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨肠炎康颗粒治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果及对血清炎性因子的影响。方法:选取本院2017年4月至2018年10月溃疡性结肠炎患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例患者,对照组患者给予美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒,观察组患者给予肠炎康颗粒,比较两组疗效、血清炎性因子水平、氧化应激水平以及用药安全性。结果:两组患者临床治疗有效率比较(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-1(IL-1)含量低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平高于对照组,丙二醇(MDA)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较(P>0.05)。结论:肠炎康颗粒治疗溃疡性结肠炎可降低患者血清炎性因子水平,改善机体应激状态,疗效显著,安全性较高。Objective: To explore the effects of Changyankang granule on ulcerative colitis and its influence on serum inflammatory factors. Methods: 80 patients with ulcerative colitis in the hospital from April 2017 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Control group was given mesalazine sustained-release granule, and observation group was given Changyankang granule. The clinical efficacy, serum inflammatory factors levels, oxidative stress level and medication safety were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in the effective rate of clinical treatment between the two groups(P>0.05). The serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-1(IL-1)in observation group after treatment were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). The level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in observation group after treatment was higher than that in control group while the level of maleic dialdehyde(MDA)was lower than that in control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions: Changyankang granule can reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors and improve the body’s stress state in patients with ulcerative colitis, and it has significant efficacy and high safety.
