甲钴胺治疗糖尿病末梢神经病变的疗效观察及护理干预

摘　　要：目的:探讨甲钴胺治疗糖尿病末梢神经病变的疗效观察及护理干预。方法:58例糖尿病末梢神经病变患者随机分为两组,两组患者均给予两组患者甲钴胺治疗,设立对照组实施常规护理干预,设立研究组实施综合性护理干预,对比两组疗效及护理效果差异。结果:研究组患者总有效率(96.55%)明显高于对照组(79.31%),有统计学差异(P<0.05)。护理干预前,两组患者的临床症状积分无明显差异(P>0.05);护理干预后,研究组患者的临床症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的护理技能评分、人文关怀评分、护理态度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甲钴胺治疗糖尿病末梢神经病变可有效改善患者临床症状,同时辅以综合性护理干预,可有效提升患者医疗满意度,改善患者生活质量。Objective: To investigate the effect of mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy and its nursing intervention. Methods: 58 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were treated with Mecobalamin. The control group was given routine nursing intervention. The study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The curative effect and nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results: the total effective rate of the study group(96.55%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.31%)(P<0.05). Before nursing intervention, there was no significant difference in clinical symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing intervention, the clinical symptom score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05);the nursing skill score, humanistic care score and nursing attitude score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Mecobalamin treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, supplemented by comprehensive nursing intervention, can effectively improve the medical satisfaction of patients, improve the quality of life of patients.
