摘 要:高速铁路的快速发展带动了区域间的社会交流和经济增长,科学合理地评价高铁开通前后的区域可达性及其空间演变特征,对于区域社会经济发展规划和产业布局具有重要参考意义。运用GIS成本栅格分析法分别对2017年和2020年连云港市域内与域外的可达性及其空间演变进行了定量研究。结果表明,2020年"十三五"高铁建成后东海县的可达性得到显著提升,其半小时和一小时等时圈均比无高铁时扩大约1.5倍;连云港市与域外周边主要城市的可达性得到显著提升,一日交流圈覆盖范围扩展到上海、南京、合肥、郑州、济南、青岛等主要周边城市,平均到达时间节省1~1.6 h。The rapid development of high-speed railway promotes regional social exchanges and economic growth. Scientific and rational evaluation of regional accessibility and spatial evolution characteristics before and after the opening of high-speed railway is of great significance for regional socio-economic development planning and industrial layout. In this paper, we used the grid cost analysis method of GIS to study the accessibility and spatial evolution of Lianyungang City in 2017 and 2020 quantitatively. The results show that after the completion of the 13 th five-year high-speed railway in 2020, the accessibility of Donghai County has been significantly improved, and its 0.5 h and 1 h isochronal cycles are about 1.5 times larger than those without high-speed railway. The accessibility of Lianyungang City and the major cities around the region has been significantly improved, and the 1 d communication circle has expanded to major surrounding cities such as Shanghai, Nanjing, Hefei, Zhengzhou, Jinan and Qingdao, with an average arrival time saving of 1~1.6 h.
