摘　　要：面向不方便行动或无法发声的特殊人群的需求,脑控电话可以给他们提供方便。采用Emotiv-Epoc意念控制器头盔收集人的脑部信号,并将信号进行识别为拨号指令后,用无线信道把指令传递到手机端拨打电话或发送信息,具体设计了一键模式和数字模式两种编码拨号方式。脑控电话可以让特殊人群更容易的取得其他人的帮助,同时也可以方便普通人的生活。Brain-controlled telephones can provide convenience for special groups of people who are unable to move or voice.Emotiv-Epoc idea controller helmet is used to collect human brain signals and recognize them as dialing instructions.After that,the instructions are transmitted to the mobile phone through wireless channel for dialing or sending information.Two coding dialing modes,one key mode and the other digital mode,are designed.Brain-controlled telephone can make it easier for special people to get help from others,but also to facilitate the lives of ordinary people.
