摘　　要：菜鸟驿站目前主要存在以下问题:客户信息沟通不畅通、客户自提取件体验不佳等。为了解决上述问题,基于APP Inventor平台开发工具,设计一款菜鸟驿站App,实现菜鸟驿站科学管理快递件和客户取件便捷的目的。通过搭建App In⁃ventor开发工具的基本代码程序块,省去了编写代码的复杂步骤,降低了App的制作难度。在满足菜鸟驿站基本功能的基础上,App完善了后台留言功能,实现客户与客服的顺畅沟通;同时,增设“店内布局”显示界面,完成快递取件时进一步精准定位。At present,rookie post is mainly faced with the following problems:customer information communication is not smooth,cus⁃tomer self-extraction experience is not good.In order to solve the above problems,Based on APP Inventor platform development tool,this paper designs a rookie post App,to realize the purpose of scientific management of express parts and convenient pick-up by custom⁃ers.In this paper,through the construction of the basic code block of App Inventor development tool,the complex steps of writing code are saved and the difficulty of making App is reduced.On the basis of satisfying the basic function of rookie post,the App adds the func⁃tion of background message,and realizes the function of customer and customer service.Smooth communication;on the other hand,add"in-store layout"display interface to complete the further accurate positioning of express pick-up parts.
