摘  要:有限元软件ANSYS在工业领域求解非线性多物理场有着非常广泛的应用,本文基于该软件对某企业生产的一轮胎定型硫化机开合模油缸活塞杆进行热-力耦合计算和分析。构建了螺纹配合下的活塞杆仿真模型,并进一步分析得出了在考虑高温工作下和未考虑高温工作下活塞杆受力状态的应力场,进行对比分析找出了该型硫化机长时间工作后密封性能下降的原因。其仿真方法和结果为有限元软件ANSYS应用于该型产品或同类产品的多物理场耦合分析计算提供了一定理论指导和借鉴,能够为其结构设计提供数据基础和一定参考。The finite element software ANSYS is widely used in the industrial field to solve nonlinear multi physical fields,this paper calculates and analyzes the thermal-mechanical coupling of the piston rod of a tire vulcanizer produced by an enterprise Based on the software.The simulation model of piston rod with screw thread was built,furthermore,the stress field of the piston rod under the condi⁃tion of high temperature operation and without high temperature operation was obtained,the reason for the decrease of the sealing perfor⁃mance of the vulcanizer after a long working time was found out through comparative analysis.The simulation method and results provid⁃ed some theoretical guidance and reference for the application of ANSYS in the multi physical field coupling analysis and calculation of this product or similar products,and can provided data basis and certain reference for its structural design.
