摘  要:为了明确60%精甲霜灵·霜霉威盐酸盐AS防治辣椒疫病的效果以及对辣椒的安全性评价,给该药剂的推广应用提供依据,对其开展连续2年的3个浓度处理的田间药效试验。以10%精甲霜灵AS、722 g/L霜霉威盐酸盐AS、18.7%烯酰吗啉·吡唑醚菌酯WG为对照药剂处理,研究不同处理对辣椒疫病的防治效果。结果表明,60%精甲霜灵·霜霉威盐酸盐AS 540、630、720 g a.i./hm2对辣椒疫病具有较好的田间防效,2018年田间试验第2次药后30 d的防治效果分别为63.42%、72.57%、80.57%;2019年的防治效果分别为63.99%、71.99%、81.14%,2年的防治效果较好,且对试验作物辣椒安全,持效期长,在生产上值得推广应用。A field efficacy trial of the fungicide metalaxyl-M+propamocarb hydrochloride 60%AS against pepper phytophthora blight was carried out for two consecutive years to clarify the control effect of the pesticide against pepper phytophthora blight,and make assessment of safety evaluation of the pepper in a view of providing the basis for promotion and application of this fungicide in the field.The results showed that the metalaxyl-M+propamocarb hydrochloride 60%AS(540,630 and 720 g a.i./ha)had a good efficacy on controlling of pepper phytophthora blight,with its average control efficiencies of 63.42%,72.57% and 80.57%,respectively in 2018,and 63.99%,71.99% and 81.14% in 2019 after 30 days of the second round of spraying.This fungicide is hence worth popularizing in production.
