摘 要:为评价丙环唑在香蕉及土壤中的残留与消解行为,分别在海南、云南两地进行了规范的农药残留田间试验,建立了气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法测定丙环唑在香蕉全果、蕉肉及土壤中的残留分析方法。结果表明,香蕉全果、蕉肉及土壤中丙环唑在0.02、0.05、0.5 mg/kg 3个添加水平的平均回收率为85%~101%,变异系数(n=5)小于7.6%,方法检出限为0.02 mg/kg。丙环唑在海南和云南两地香蕉全果中的半衰期分别为13.6和19.1 d,在土壤中的半衰期分别为20.4和21.1 d;施药后28、35、42 d采集的香蕉全果及蕉肉样品中丙环唑的最大残留值为0.262 mg/kg,低于我国制定的丙环唑在香蕉上MRL标准1 mg/kg。该方法灵敏度高、操作简单,可用于定量检测香蕉及土壤中丙环唑的残留量。Residues field trials of propiconazole in banana were carried out in Hainan and Yunnan to evaluate the residues and dissipation behavior of propiconazole in banana and soil.Residues of propiconazole in banana(whole fruit or flesh)and soil were determined by using the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Test for recovery was made by standard addition method at 3 concentration levels,0.020 mg/kg,0.050 mg/kg and 0.500 mg/kg,and the results obtained were in the range of 85%to 101%,with values of RSD's(n=5)less than 7.6%.The detection limit found for propiconazole in banana and soil was 0.02 mg/kg.The determination showed that the half-life of propiconazole in banana(whole fruit)was 13.6 days in Hainan,and 19.1 days in Yunnan,respectively,while the half-life of propiconazole in the soil was 20.4 d in Hainan,and 21.1 d in Yunnan,respectively.The highest amount of the residues of propiconazole in banana(whole fruit or flesh)sampled at days 28,35 and 42 after treated with propiconazole was 0.262 mg/kg,which is below the maximum residue limit(1 mg/kg)of banana set by China.The results have demonstrated that the proposed method is sensitive and accurate for the determination of propiconazole in banana and soil.
