高校扩建背景下创新大学生自我管理模式路径探析——以华南理工大学大学城校区为例

摘  要:随着国家高等教育改革的深入,高校扩建新校区已成为高校可持续发展的普遍选择,但新建校区的"孤岛效应"、后勤社会化监管不足等问题,使得传统的大学生自我管理模式亟待创新。而扁平化管理方式在多数高校新校区的施行,以及后勤社会化带来的校园育人主体和育人对象的进一步丰富,使得创新大学生自我管理模式具备了一定的可行性基础条件。在此基础上,高校学生管理职能部门可以探索革新高校学生管理理念,转变行政部门职能,整合后勤社会化资源从而搭建更加开放的自我管理平台,建立科学的成果评价机制,以实现大学生自我管理模式的创新突破。With the deepening of the national higher education reform,the expansion of the new campus has become a common choice for the sustainable development of colleges and universities. However,the "island effect" of the new campus and the lack of logistics socialization supervision make the traditional self-management mode of college students urgently need to be innovated. However,the implementation of flat management mode in most new campuses of colleges and universities,as well as the further enrichment of educational subjects and objects brought about by the socialization of logistics,make the innovation of college students’ self-management mode have certain feasible basic conditions.On this basis,the functional departments of university student management can explore and innovate the concept of university student management,change the functions of administrative departments,integrate logistics socialized resources to build a more open self-management platform,and establish a scientific achievement evaluation mechanism,so as to achieve the innovation and breakthrough of university student self-management mode.
