高等医学院校学生的“公关”素质培养方案浅析

摘　　要：随着《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》的提出,在健康中国的建设过程中,对医学生的综合素质提出了更高的要求,除了要掌握扎实的医学知识以外,还要具备形象意识、公众意识、沟通意识、责任意识和服务意识等公关素质。本文以培养医学生公关素质为目标,结合医学生的特点,通过定性分析的方法浅析医学生的公关素质培养方案,以提升医学生的综合素质,适应新时代的发展要求。With the proposal of the"Outline of the'Healthy China 2030'Program",higher requirements have been put forward for the comprehensive quality of medical students.In the process of building a healthy China,medical students should not only master solid medical knowledge,but also possess public relations qualities such as image awareness,public awareness,communication awareness,responsibility awareness and service awareness.In order to improve the comprehensive quality of medical students to meet the development requirements of the new era,this paper studies the training program of medical students'public relations quality based on the characteristics of medical work.
