摘 要:重点关注学生工作是高校心理健康教育工作的重要内容,也是维护校园和谐稳定的重要工作。结合个案研究法和经验总结法,探索对需重点干预和关注学生的管理方法,加强对重点关注学生管理体系的研究,按照不同的风险级别将需重点关注学生划分为四级,将每一级的帮扶措施与学生个体特性相联系,注重学校与学院、学校与学生家长、学校与学生之间的沟通互动,预防危机事件发生,提升学生生命质量和彰显个人生命价值。The work for students needing special attention is an important part of psychological health education in colleges and universities,and it is also an important work to maintain harmony and stability on campus.Combining case study and experience summarization,this paper explores management methods for students who need special intervention and attention,and strengthens research on the management system for them.They are divided into four levels in accordance with different risk levels,and the assistance measures for each level are related to the individual characteristics of students.In the process,it is necessary to focus on the communication and interaction between the university and secondary colleges,between the university and students'parents,and between students,so as to prevent crisis events,improve the quality of life of students and highlight the value of personal life.
