摘　　要：化工装置的建设过程,涉及不同设计专业,不同供货商,不同施工队伍,不同监理队伍以及不同地区、国家的专业技术人员、施工人员。从设计、物资采购、现场监造、物资运输,设备安装到竣工验收是一个消耗极大,极其复杂的工程,每个环节的不畅都会不同程度造成直接费用与物资消耗增加,本文结合国内某公司年产45万吨合成氨/80万吨尿素大化肥项目建设过程中出现的一些问题,讨论工程建设过程中应采取的一些降本降耗的措施。Different design majors,different suppliers,different construction teams,different supervisors,and different professionals、constructors from different areas、nations are included in large scale chemical plant construction period.It is a great consumption and complicated project from design、purchasing、field supervision、materials transportation、device installation to final acceptance of construction,it would be caused cost increase and material consumption increase by the reason of one of the step having mistakes.Combining with the problems which occurred in the construction of Chemical Company 45/80 project(450000 tons of ammonia/Y,800000tons of urea/Y),this paper discusses how to decrease consumption during the chemical plant construction.
