摘　　要：运用SWTO分析,从优势、劣势、机遇和风险四个方面对宁夏葡萄酒产业科技创新联盟进行全面分析,指出制约其发展的主要因素。根据SWTO分析原理方法,充分利用联盟自身的内部优势和外部的发展机遇,通过评价因素的交叉对比分析,最终提出了WS策略、SO策略、ST策略和WT策略四种策略模式,以期为宁夏葡萄酒产业发展提供参考。A SWOT analysis was carried out to comprehensively analyze the science and technology innovation alliance of Ningxia wine industry.The major factors that restricting its development were pointed out by analyzing the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats.Finally,according to the analytical methods of the SWOT analysis,4 strategy patterns of WS strategy,SO strategy,ST strategy and WT strategy were proposed by fully using the internal advantages of the alliance itself and the external opportunities as well as the cross-comparison analysis.These proposed strategies are aimed to provide references for the development of Ningxia wine industry.
