股权结构与股份制商业银行绩效关系的实证分析

摘　　要：以2014—2016年在沪深A股市场上市的股份制商业银行为研究样本,对银行股权结构与银行绩效的关系进行数据调查和统计分析.实证结果表明:从股权集中度指标和银行绩效关系来看,商业银行的最大股东的持股比和股权制衡度Z指数与银行绩效呈负相关关系,前十大股东持股比例之和与银行绩效存在显著正相关关系.从股权性质和银行绩效关系看,股份制商业银行股权的国有股比例过高更容易对银行绩效产生负面影响,境外战略投资者持股比例与银行绩效的关系并不显著.This paper takes the joint-stock commercial Banks listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets from 2014 to 2016 as the research samples and conducts data investigation and statistical analysis on the relationship between bank shareholding structure and bank performance.The empirical results show that from the perspective of ownership concentration,the largest shareholder's shareholding ratio and the Z-index of ownership balance are negatively correlated with bank performance,while the sum of the top ten shareholders'shareholding ratio is significantly positively correlated with bank performance.From the perspective of the nature of equity,the proportion of state-owned shares in joint-stock commercial banks have a negative impact on bank performance,and the correlation between the proportion of shares held by overseas strategic investors and bank performance is not obvious.
