利福平联合盐酸多西环素治疗急性布氏杆菌病的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察利福平联合盐酸多西环素治疗急性布氏杆菌病的效果。方法:选取60例急性布氏杆菌病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组予利福平治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合盐酸多西环素治疗,比较两组高热、头痛、发汗、乏力及关节肿痛症状消退时间,治疗前后血清降钙素原(PCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组高热、头痛、发汗、乏力、关节肿痛消退时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清PCT、CRP水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为16.67%,高于对照组的10.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:利福平联合盐酸多西环素治疗急性布氏杆菌病,可促进患者临床症状快速消退,并利于调节血清PCT、CRP水平,控制炎症反应。Objective: To explore effects of Rifampicin combined with Doxycycline hydrochloride on acute brucellosis. Methods: 60 patients with acute brucellosis were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Rifampicin, while the observation group was given Doxycycline hydrochloride on the basis of that of the control group. The resolution time of fever, headache, sweating, fatigue, and joint swelling and pain, the serum levels of procalcitonin(PCT) and C-reactive protein(CRP), and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The resolution time of fever, headache, sweating, fatigue, and joint swelling and pain in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of serum PCT and CRP in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 16.67%, which was higher than 10.00% in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusions: Rifampicin combined with Doxycycline hydrochloride in the treatment of acute brucellosis can promote the rapid resolution of the clinical symptoms, regulate the levels of serum PCT and CRP, and control the inflammatory reactions.
