摘  要:目的探讨经皮微创椎弓根钉内固定术治疗无神经损伤不稳定胸腰椎骨折疗效,为后续临床治疗提供方法参考。方法选取2016年3月至2019年3月收治的60例的无神经损伤不稳定胸腰椎骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组采取切开椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗,观察组采取经皮微创椎弓根钉内固定术治疗,比较两组手术效果以及术后6个月,观察Cobb角度。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量以及术后引流量均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后6个月Cobb角为(8.75±2.31)°,对照组为(8.95±2.24)°,两组差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论经皮微创椎弓根钉内固定术治疗无神经损伤不稳定胸腰椎骨折损伤小,术后恢复快,值得临床推荐使用。Objective To investigate the curative effect of percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle nail internal fixation in the treatment of unstable thoracolumbar vertebral fractures without nerve injury and to provide a reference for subsequent clinical treatment.Methods 60 patients with unstable thoracic and lumbar vertebrae fractures with no nerve injury from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the subjects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with internal fixation of pedicle screw.The observation group was treated with percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle nail internal fixation.The results of the two groups were compared with 6 months after operation.The Cobb angle was observed.Results The time of operation,the amount of bleeding during operation and the induced flow were better than those of control group(P<0.05).The Cobb angle was(8.75±2.31)°and the control group was(8.95±2.24)°for 6 months after surgery in the observation group.The difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle nail internal fixation is recommended for the treatment of unstable thoracolumbar fractures without nerve injury.
